SAN FRANCISCO, AGUSAN DEL SUR — In a significant move to initiate preparations for the much-anticipated 2025 Alumni Homecoming, representatives of Batch 2000 of Fr. Urios High School/Mt. Carmel College met with School President Rev. Fr. Gabriel D. Dolotina, O.Carm. on August 8, 2025, at the Office of the President.
During the meeting, Batch 2000 presented their preliminary plans and vision for the upcoming homecoming, which is set to take place on December 27, 2025. The group also outlined their commitment to organizing a meaningful and inclusive event that welcomes all alumni—from the school's earliest graduates to its most recent.
Fr. Dolotina expressed full support for Batch 2000, affirming the administration's willingness to collaborate closely with the lead batch. He assured the organizers that the school will provide the necessary assistance, including access to alumni records to help reconnect with former students across generations.
"We are looking forward to an event that brings together the entire Carmelian family," said one of the batch representatives. "This is not just a celebration for Batch 2000, but for all those who have walked the halls of Fr. Urios High School and Mt. Carmel College."
